        Trying to service an account is like pulling teeth. I attempted to add my spouse, they said it was done, my spouse did not have access to the account. After a few attempts to get help from them, I give up and set up new accounts with Chase. I've now been trying to close out my account and can't get any help. I finally got the money transferred from my savings account and got that closed, but they didn't transfer my checking account and now I'm trying to get that done. Bank literally anywhere else. You'd be better off putting it all in a shoe box then try and get help from these people.

        Worst branch I ever visited. Never go back there. Staff very rude ! I wanted to open business bank account the banker woman I saw was putting makeup in her office after a while she comes out and goes I'm busy I will free up another 20 minutes! Oh yeah she's busy putting makeup on her face.
