        We brought our vehicle in Monday, April 1, with a service engine soon light on, (turbo charger needed to be replaced)and also needed the drivers side back door lock fixed, both covered by our extended warranty. The extended warranty company insisted that their parts would be used and it could take up to 3 days for McCarthy to receive them! Finally, on Friday afternoon April 5, parts arrived! Only issue: they were the incorrect parts!!! Gary Hibdon insisted that they use the parts that GM had, and they relented! Our vehicle was ready by 4:00 pm, so we could finally head out of town!!! Thank you Gary!!!
