Wonderful place to live

Phenomenal. Been here for almost a year and has been a perfect first apartment experience. Good residents all around, staff is fantastic. Just resigned to move into a little bigger of a space and the whole process of changing took about 30 minutes tops. Love it here!

My family has lived here for about a year and a half and have been very happy with our experience. I have rented a variety of places in several cities throughout my life, and I can easily say this is one of the nicest places I've rented. The staff is friendly to my family and pets, and maintenance requests are done in a timely manner. We recently moved to a bigger unit within this same complex, and they made the process of switching to a different unit so easy. Gene even helped my husband and I move a heavy dresser with his dolly, which was so appreciated. We look forward to living here for several more years.

I've only lived here for a few months but I've found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The grounds are very nice and maintained regularly. The only complaint I would have is that the maintenance staff seems to be very short handed for example I put in a request to have my water pressure checked and am still waiting for around 2 months now but aside from that this is a lovely clean complex and I do also think their staff is excellent

Don't live here unless you know how to properly dispose of every molecule of grease. Otherwise it'll mess up the plumbing and they'll charge you for it. If you like dealing with people that act like they're sitting in an ivory tower you'll love the staff here. Like to use the pool at night? I hope you enjoy Mexicans bringing their entire extended family to come swim. If you have two friends with a baby and they come to swim with you you'll have to polietly ask them to leave the baby in the car. The apartment manager counts an infant as a "guest" swimming in the pool. Something that can't even keep its self from drowning counts as a guest. If your neighbor is tracking mud all over the breezeways and dirt clods the office with spray it with some water. Then they will tell you its multi-family living so you'll just have to deal with stuff like that. TLDR: Don't live here. Im not renewing my lease or living at another Price Brothers property. Don't live here unless you're a master at washing dishes.
