Oh where do so begin. At a glance, its a pretty nice place but after living here for 10 months, you really do see a lot of flaws. First off is that the people at the office barely answer, even on weekdays no matter what times. They arent even busy and nobody is in the office so whatre they doing that they cannot answer the phone even if you call 20x? The apartment itself was fine but nothing worth paying over $1k for when it only had one bedroom. We enjoyed the built in bookcase and the pretty large closets. The kitchen was a disaster, the oven drawer constantly kept going crooked so you couldnt pull it out and expect it to go back in straight. I hated how the fridge handles were on the side by the wall so it was awkward trying to get into. The cabinets made absolutely no sense and design overall was not thought through. There were burn marks on the counter from whoever was there before us probably setting hot pans etc on it. The oven light didnt work, one of the front burners got way too hot and the other didnt heat up at all. Under the sink, there was leakage and the boards beneath it were rotting. Mind you, we made maintenance requests and nobody did anything except once to put a new lightbulb in. Anything else, they didnt seem to know what to do when asked. You had no choice for pest control and they would spray pesticides in the kitchen which was upsetting especially since I was pregnant at the time. The bathroom was alright until our maintenance requests went unanswered for the leaking sink and drippy bath faucet. You could tell someone had smoked in there because when youd get out of the shower, there was drippy brown stuff coming off of the lights. The units outside our bedroom window were squeaky and loud and very unpleasant to try to sleep to. You can hear everything and everyone around you in connecting apartments so look forward to that if you choose this place. In every room, there was a fire sprinkler which made it look like a dump and we just imagined our electronics getting ruined if they were ever to turn on. If you want to get dressed then youd better do it fast because the maintenance guy or whoever will come in if you dont answer when they knock. My husband and I worked night shifts so I just wonder how many times they came in while we were asleep. The parking lot near the entrance is where we parked for our apartment and people like to park on the side when theres no spaces cause nobody wants to walk from the other side of the building especially since theres no place to walk. Of course the time I park there, my car got hit and has a huge dent on it to this day. The trash outside the buildings for dog bags were always filled with trash and wreaked of animal feces and in the summer it would make you want to vomit. We swam in the pool and I broke out in hives and Ive swam a million times in my life, so someone clearly does not know how to deal with chlorine or something. They say theres a fitness room but in reality theres a singular treadmill and one of those pedaling equipments next to the laundry room connected to the office basically in a hall leading to it. The laundry rooms themselves are gross. The one sort of across the street from the office we went to a few times and the windows were all open, it was a sauna practically and there were bugs and roaches crawling everywhere, it was disgusting. Last things, the emails you receive are aggressive and childish. I wish I had a picture of some of the letters theyd stick to your door that Id come home to telling you whatever. Imagine getting fined $200 for not getting your dog tested for something. Oh you also cant put any type of furniture except outdoor types on your 2 square feet of a porch. Let people do what they want, its not hurting anything and not like someone is vandalizing the building. Some people cant afford anything better. We never put anything out there or owned a dog there but the rules given made me so upset. But yeah good luck on living here. Not worth it at all.

My two years tenure in this residence was an unparalleled disaster. The abysmal management left much to be desired, with neglect of maintenance compounding the issues. The constant imposition of unexplained fees only added insult to injury. From start to finish, my experience was riddled with frustration and disappointment. This experience deserves a resounding 0 star (wasnt given the option for 0 so I put 1). I strongly caution anyone considering this residence, as it has been my worst living experience to date.

Honestly, at least I have a place to live, but I'm a little disappointed with the place. There was a day when I was coming home from school, and there were two people from the staff in my house and one of them was not nice. Besides invading your home, they are not cool. If it continues like this, I'll have to move.
