This apartment complex was sooooo beautiful! I have been searching for an apartment for some time now and although I don't live at this complex, they were extremely helpful and responsive! Unfortunately due to my time of wanting to move in, there wasn't anything available for me right away! BUT, the leasing agent Raegan was quickly responsive and was very flexible with time management!!! There were no complications on receiving my deposit back for being on the waiting list, and that says a lot!! I did your the 1 bed 1 bath and it was a pretty decent size for one person!! Thank you for your service!! Definitely would recommend Bristol Pointe for anyone who is looking for a nice location with awesome people!

The management was great but right now it is the worst! There's a reason around half the tenants moved since new management. Stay clear of this place. Bugs, enter apartments whenever they want, the property is no longer cleaned up outside, maintenance requests are not done correctly. The office is sarcastic. They also are raising rent about $300. Run! Apparently the paper with the renewal rate was wrong they claim however everything else I stand behind. I bet you they find someone to fill my apartment as soon as my lease is up even though they are required by law to try and fill it by coincidence. Just another example of the character or lack thereof. Still worth escaping them. Update: I moved over two months early and what do you know the second they'd loose money because I'm not longer required to pay they happen to find someone. Rented apts before mine etc. Shady. Nothing is that good of a coincidence. One of my neighbors was telling me they heard them talking about entering someone's apart because they are never home now. Then when they saw they were listening they didn't enter after all and turned around and walked away. also numerous cars had licence plates stolen off the cars in the parking lot and multiple broken into while I lived here.

Bed bugs. Lots and lots of bed bugs. My ex "friend" used to live here, and she had them bad. They came from her neighbor and I unknowingly carried them to my house. Avoid this complex, unless you enjoy being bit at night. Oh, and the smell they cause? Absolutely sickening. PTSD is no joke and these bugs will keep you paranoid for life.
