        I am so disappointed in the service and the get back response time. Tony was GREAT DAY 1. BUT AFTER THAT. NO SO MUCH. IVE NEVER RECIEVED A PORTION OF THE DEAL They Made WITH ME I GOT 200 GIFT CARD THAT DOES NOT WORK NOT EVEN TO PAY A BILL AT TMOBILE. THATS BEEN THREE MONTHES THAT HASNT BEEN FIXED. ONE LINE DOESNT GET ANY YOUTUBE OR GOOGLE SPENT TWO HOURS THERE AND NOONE COULD EVEN MAKE A CALL OR ANYTHING TO Technical SUPPORT AND THE LINE STILL HAS NO INTERNET OR EMAIL THAT EVEN SHOWS.. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL MONDAY HERE WE ARE ANOTHER WEEK LATER.. THEN WHEN I SAID IN STORE I GUESS ILL HAVE TO LEAVE TMOBILE IVAN DECIDED RUDE SACRSM WAS THE RIGHT APPROACH HE ** OKAY WELL Bye THEN* HUGE MISTAKE CHOOSING TMOBILE. WORSE THAN VERIZON.. Uodate- have called local store weekly over them not redeeming 200$ they owe me! Manager said she would call me back today just like the last four times . Its been since Sept 13th. THEY ARE THE BARE MINIMUM AND DONT GIVE A RATS AZZ ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS!! CUSTOMER IS THE WORST IVE EVER HAD
