        This company cant seem to meet a deadline to save their life after reading some reviews. I placed my order on the 15th and was given a ship date of the 25th. Tomorrow is the 30th and they have no clue when it will ship as of 5 minutes ago. The customer has asked for a refund and left me 1 star reviews everywhere they could, along with cancelling the large screen printing order they were working on with me. This is the first time I ordered from them and was excited to have a new wholesale printer. But I am glad they showed their true colors early. Dont make promises you cant keep. And it sounds like you have enough business to maybe bring a few more employees on.

        Ordered 3 tradeshow items on 5/27. Never received any proofs. Projected ship date after ordering....6/15! Seems outrageous, but I can deal with it since the tradeshow for my client isn't until the 20th. I check with them on the 15th to make sure everything is shipping out according to schedule. Nope. One item won't ship until the Thursday before the event. I agree to split overnight fees with them so it's here by Friday. I check in on Thursday to confirm it's being shipped, and nope, it's been pushed back again. No apologies. No explanation. Just an oh well, it's not going to ship out. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND MAKING ME LOOK UNPROFESSIONAL TO MY CLIENTS. I will stick with Orbus & will never be ordering from Stouse again.

        Have been waiting for a quote for couple days now. I called yesterday and they said they are running behind and will have it to me by this morning. I followed up again in the afternoon, and now they saying they have internet issues and sent staff home. UGH!!! This does not help any especially when they knew i needed it in hand by end of day today to get to my client.

We are experiencing raw material supply chain issues and freight interruptions with many of our substrates, including the canopy tent and accessory items you ordered. This is causing longer than normal lead times and disruptions that are difficult to predict on a daily basis. These challenges are certainly not unique to Stouse.       We are very sorry the quotes you requested arrived later than expected. A representative emailed both quotes out at 9:02 AM CT this morning. The product construction you requested is very custom and required extra time to complete in an effort to provide you with the best price possible. We did indeed have a power outage at our plant yesterday as well, which is very unfortunate timing and something we cannot control. We would have had the quotes out by the end of 4/22 had the power issue not occurred. We appreciate your business over the last several years. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
