Updated 4/6/2024 I highly suggest avoiding this company. Communication started off strong. We were having our partially attached garage rebuilt. It was supposed to take 30 working days to complete once construction began. The first project manager was, supposedly, let go before they started the build. The second one either quit or was let go when the project was close to complete. The work they did on the interior of the house is poorly done: cheap wood that's already cracked and not level/flat walls and trim. The demo began the first week of November. It's now almost April. Despite unfinished work, the owner did not respond to our communication for over a month. Finally, we heard from him and he came out. He promised to get things right. Unfortunately, making things right also meant disregarding the safety of my family. The person, who Lance said was his trim guy, left the house and furniture absolutely filthy with plaster dust and left nails on the couch. We also found out that the garage failed inspection twice and then a third time because the project manager (who wasn't the project manager at the time of the inspection) didn't meet them at the house. It took six months to clean up the bulky trash they left in the driveway but have yet to clean up the glass or screws in the driveway. Please avoid this company if you want to avoid a massive headache and stress.

Well it's now been over 5 weeks since I originally contacted Lance ab out my leaky roof and 4 weeks since I've heard from him. ReTouch put on our roof 7 years ago and it has started to leak. I have reached out to Lance multiple times and multiple ways and the only time he responded was when I pretended to be a new customer. Not feeling very confident that my warranty will be honored. And all of their credentials online are expired.

Interesting to see the reviews popping up over the last few months. Worked for Retouch and saw why all these complaints are posted. Communication with me as an employee was terrible. Kept bouncing me around from job to job and when I got there the project would be months behind schedule and mistakes everywhere. Worked my butt off trying to get on top of the situation, but finally had to quit. That company is overloaded with levels of project managers that have very little construction knowledge and do very little work. Someone with construction knowledge please tell me what the person was doing that started this pic? Company meeting time at the local pub seemed to be their main interest. Wasted my time.

We had Retouch replace and enlarge our deck and railings. It was a fairly large project that went well, and the issues we had with part of the installation were resolved when we brought to the attention of Jesse, our Project Manager. The problem that remained unsolved was that the workmen used a permanent ink to make the lines on the deck for the screws. They do not wear off as chalk or pencil would have. I have reached out to the owner, Lance, and his associates, and he and Dakota came out to determine what could be done, and then no response. They no longer return my calls or texts- for over five months. We now have spent many hours using various internet-found remedies and are now sanding the entire deck so it can be stained. We had another bid from Retouch to refinish our basement, so we also will not be doing that. Very unhappy with how this ended.
