Vehicles are not very well maintained on the inside. Could use some shampooing and deep cleaning if the center console and steering wheel

Dont risk it, rent elsewhere. Experience was poor from start to finish. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, the branch smelled musty and smokey. The employee initially gave me keys to a Chevy Blazer, but when I got in the vehicle it also smelled like someone had literally just smoked a pack of cigarettes inside. Sure enough, the dash was covered in ash. I showed it to the employee, he agreed the Blazer was gross so he swapped me into a Toyota Highlander. The Highlander also smelled like smoke and was quite dirty inside, but there were no other options available and I had to hit the road, so I took what I could get. Upon returning the vehicle shortly after the branch closed on Sunday, we had a very awkward encounter with a patron exiting the body massage parlor next to this branch. That small experience in itself would deter me from ever coming back to this particular Avis. Beyond that, the branch attempted to charge me $90 for an extra day, which required me to take 30min from my work day to call customer service and have corrected. I checked the Google reviews after all this, and it seems this is a trend for the branch over the last year or so. This branch is disgusting. The vehicles are gross. The employees are shady. Next time I need to rent a vehicle, Ill happily pay a premium at a competitor to avoid such a lousy experience.

I lost my job. I list my apartment. I list my gf because they made made a redaction for a vehicle that wasnt there. That wasnt going to be there and hasnt been in months. DO NOT DEPEND ON THIS COMPANY FOR A CAR AS AN UBER DRIVER. THEY LET YOU BOOK RESERVATIONS FOR CARS THAT ARENT GOING TO BE THERE!!!!
