All the teachers, principal, and staff at this school are wonderful! They are all so caring and uplifting and genuinely nice. We moved from a very small town in southeastern Kansas and when we came to enroll our kids are Roosevelt we felt like we were in some kind of movie or alternate reality because of how nice these people truly are and it isn't just a fake nice it is a genuinely sincere nice, a nice you have never seen or experienced before I am sure. I love how every morning they play music over the loud speakers to get the kids blood pumping and to get them alert and awake, I love how they still say the pledge of allegiance , I love how they are so very connected to families in a world where we don't see that much anymore. I love how all the staff knows you by name and asks you how your day is or how your family is doing and I love how the teachers are truly concerned for their students well being whether it be in general or at an educational standpoint. You will never see a better elementary school as a whole than Roosevelt Elementary and I THANK GOD MY KIDDOS ARE BLESSED ENOUGH TO BE ABLE TO GO TO SCHOOL HERE
