I've been to GraceMed before, and have considered going back. They did great with my kids, but not so good for me. I was taking a seizure medicine. Seizure meds are notorious for causing terrible tooth decay. Most of my top teeth were all black on the inside, with very little decay showing on the outside. It was not my fault my teeth were in this condition, yet the hygienists wasted no time in blaming me during every single appointment. It made me feel terrible. Nobody should be treated this way. It was their job to know that seizure meds are directly linked to tooth decay. No, I am not going back. Ever.

Had an appointment at 10:45. Got there 10:30. To turn my paper work in. They must of fired a lady cause she packed her things up and was asked to not come back. Very frustrating to have to sit there and watch that. Then I sat in the lobby for over 30 min while they stood in another room with with door open, to gossip about it. At this point I was still not checked in.the lady's stepped back out and said they would get me checked in. I said never mind. I had seen enough and heard enough at that point.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I was there about three weeks ago and the front office staff was absolutely horrid - not to me but to each other - terribly rude. The dark haired lady even reprimanded the red head in front of customers sitting in the waiting room -- AWKWARD!!! I almost walked out but my mouth hurt too bad to miss out on an an "emergency" appt that had been scheduled for 3 months. I'm glad I stayed DR. Pace and Lacey her hygienist were BOTH AMAZING, Kind and Caring. They even listened to my frustrations about their front office help. They explained that the dark haired lady had just had back surgery and maybe came back to work too soon. Today I had another appt. Thankfully the redhead was still there and as nice as ever... and the dark haired lady was thankfully gone today. Dr. Pace and her Assistant Roxanne were both AMAZING!!! Roxanne was amazing in explaining my care plan and Dr. Pace's bedside manor is so patient, gentle and kind. Dentist are usually no fun and very much dreaded...although I can't say I "look forward" to going back I'm definitely not dreading it like I use too! Dr Pace and her staff come highly recommended!!!
