Northridge Crossing Apartments and Townhomes

Bad system to help the residents. I forgot to pay they charged me 100 $ late fee without giving me any call .. the office very quick to charge the residents late fee . No auto payment to overcome forgetting payment rent. Adding alot of fee like pet service,trash service,sewage.. Rent start with 900 you can see after services more than 1000 ..

The Maintenance man, Scott, is excellent! He definitely knows what he is doing and he is the perfect guy for the job. He always gets to what your needing fixed in a timely manner and he makes sure what ever is needing done, gets done right the first time. Ive rented before in my past and have never had this good of maintenance and care for our place. So I want to say thank you Scott for all you do for Northridge Crossing Apartments residents and I think you definitely deserve a raise because you are a fantastic maintenance man.

Anytime we have had any level of maintenance needed or work to be done on the apartment, Scott is always quick to respond and diagnose the issue. Even if the repair can not be done right away he lets us know our time frame and updates us when other things come up. Also a nice guy to talk to when hes there.
