        there is an employee that constantly stares at people in the back of the store. it makes everyone uncomfortable and he tries to accuse customers of stealing frequently. super weird! i cant even stay long enough to find anything interesting cause he makes everyone so uneasy. (he wears sunglasses on top of his head, has a mustache and slight beard.)

        Terrible. Bought a mug for Christmas gift for a friend and they broke the mug when it got placed without protection in a Spencer's bag and wouldn't let me exchange it for another. And made me buy a new mug. And was rude.

        There is an employee there that will not stop asking if you need help even if you are in the back browsing, I dont want help on sexual products and it was just getting annoying hearing if we need help over and over again. Its okay if its one or 2 times if the people are obviously lost. We were browsing products in the back and we were asked at least 6 times. Im not going here anymore Ill just go to Topeka from now on.

        Going to Omaha Nebraska for Spencers now. An older female employee accused us of stealing a stupid pin and yelled at us even though we just spent $30.48. Didnt even bother to check our pockets, even though she was so serious. A friend was bothered five times in the back because they were browsing. I dont think someone wants to be bothered by a stranger five times in the back. Dont go here. Im not going back if shes still working there. Spencers didnt used to be like this.
