I just started working with Josh and Paul, and the onboarding process was seamless and took no time to switch from our other provider. Paul is AMAZING and ridiculously responsive. I've had the pleasure of working with Paul in the past on claims, vehicle policy additions, deletions, and updates, and his service is the best I have ever seen. Another homeowners insurace rate hike prompted me to go shopping. I'd been with former Co for 29 years. Corrine promptly greeted me at appt time. Within about 45 min of info gathering time Corrine was able to offer me savings of $120 a month on auto and a whopping $2400 a year on homeowners. Same coverage. Way different experience. Needless to say State Farm now has my business!
