Stopped here at 2:06pm 03/04/23 and the store was closed. Tried calling and texting the number that was listed on the sign in the window, no answer. Horrible business management. What good is it to have a dress shop that isn't open as advertised.

I bought two prom dresses for my daughters. I was NOT told all sales were final until AFTER the receipt was given to me. Normally this would be okay except I now dont need one of the dressers. They wouldnt give me a refund due to not knowing the condition of the dress after it leaves the store BUT it never even left the store. The manager was supposed to call us for alterations and NEVER did that as well. Now, Ive been charged for $580 and have zero dresses to show for it.

Pros; The man who helped us was friendly and helpful and made sure to fix things for us. Cons; Shop was not open when we came to it and had just happened to walk by and see the guy going in and asked if he was opening which he said he was. Seemed like they shut down unless you have an appointment or by chance catch them while they are actually in store. They don't have to much of a selection but the man who helped us pointed out one in the window and my daughter loved it and she ended up getting that one. Dresses are average pricing for what you expect for prom and dress events. Left happy and if I need a dress I would return but would probably call first and make an appointment next time.

The lady claimed an appointment was getting ready to come, and wouldnt even let us come in the store. VERY RUDE. I guess she doesnt really need any money to pay her rent in the mall.
