        To the workers who REFUSED to give iced coffee refill after we PAID for caramel brulee in store. Here are the rules. Which we attempted to explain. But instead we're greeted with eye rolls. Learn your policy. Or at least listen to a customer who clearly knows and tried to explain. And simply wanted WHAT STARBUCKS CLAIMS TO GIVE PAYING CUSTOMERS. Merry Christmas. Here you go. To answer your third and final query, please note that if you ordered a venti Java Chip Frappuccino with whipped cream and mocha drizzle, you cannot get a second venti Java Chip Frappuccino with whipped cream and mocha drizzle for free. What you can get is "brewed coffee (hot, iced coffee or cold brew), and tea (hot or iced)," the Starbucks rewards app explains.
