I called this place because it is female owned. However even though their website says they represent "landlord/tenant" under legal topics and fields they cover, I was told over the phone that they never represent tenants and to look in Topeka - cannot recommend them, as the website clearly is not accurate, they also did nto listen to the issue which was very small.

Working with Dierks law firm to set up my LLC was an extremely easy and reassuring process. After hearing such high recommendations for them, I reached out to Summer who immediately set me up with a member of her team to start my LLC process. The first step was for them to gather information about my business. To do this, I was given a questionnaire that provided easy to understand questions and explanations for each question, so I never felt uncomfortable or unsure answering any of the questions. Shortly after filling this questionnaire out, I received all of the documents for establishing my LLC. I was very satisfied with the quick turn time and the overall efficiency of the entire process. I primarily communicated via email where Summer addressed all of my questions the same day and was friendly and helpful with every response. If anyone is looking for a firm to help set up their LLC, or any other business need, I highly recommend Dierks Law Firm. I enjoy having the peace of mind knowing that Summer and her team were able to set up my LLC the right way.
