I have had nothing but a great experience with Manhattan Appliance and Sleep Source. The sales guy we delt with in the store was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were not pushy. Prices of the appliances were right in line with the big box stores in the area. However, Installation was cheapest in the area. They had the appliance that I wanted in stock and was able to install it before the week was over. The Installation was right in the quoted time frame. He also was knowledgeable and very friendly. I will 100% be back to Manhattan Appliance and Sleep Source!

Worst warranty experience of my life. Refused to cover a brand new refrigerator that was only 2 months old and under warranty. Sat idled without for months while they even refused to send a technician. Would recommend anyone other than this. Absolute trash customer service

I have been a loyal customer and have purchased all house appliances from here, twice they have not stood behind their products. Sales people were very rude both times, so wont be back

Sales floor was laid out well and easy to navigate. They have a great selection. Associate was friendly and personable. We knew what we wanted and knew they had it so it was easy for everyone. Once the purchase was made a delivery was scheduled within a few days and it was even delivered and installed a couple of days early. Extremely satisfied with the entire experience.
