Ordered Asada torta. They put roast beef. Called and explained to them. They said, they cut it to small pieces. I told them, I know the difference between steak and roast beef. Steak don't shred in your fingers like roast beef. He finally admitted the cook replace steak with roast beef. I told him I don't want my money back. The principle that matters. Going to try to lie then finally admitted. i told him, he doesn't need to refund me my money back. Instead of trying to lie at the start. I know everyone trying to cut corners but, come on. Roast beef trying to pass as asada. That's unforgivable. Paying more and they throw cheap can roast beef as steak. Shame on them. Lost a customer.
