AAA Event Rental

Very poor CUSTOMER SERVICE I have been a loyal customer for the past 6 years & spent a lot of dollars $$$ renting from AAA Rental . Sometimes my orders are large & sometimes smaller. Occasionally experienced very beat up & dirty chairs . Today I had a last minute dinner party & needed to rent 2 large tablecloths that I was willing to pickup & return. They refused my business because they have new rules that you have to spend a minimum of $75 to place an order now. My order was just shy of that so AAA rental lost my forever business to go to their local competitor . So sad they could care less about a loyal customer !

Good rental prices, just make sure to bring help if you need it, they do not help load, which is fine because they tell you that upfront. The tables I got were pretty heavy but they are strong and durable.

We have used AAA for several events the past 5 years. Our most recent event on Saturday October 7 was our largest and required 2 white tents (30x50 and 40x40), 230 chairs, bar height tables, and round tables for 300. They accomodated our needs to set up Saturday and tear down Sunday- we are in a shopping mall and could not keep the tents up till Monday. They said they would be there 7am on Saturday and they were. They worked quickly to get the tents set up and tables and chairs unloaded. Sunday they said they would be there at 6:15am and they arrived at 6:15am. They only had one truck but somehow managed to fit everything on it so they didn't have to come back for a second trip. We have always trusted they would have what we ordered and show up when they say. It is a nice trust to have. We will continue to use AAA Rental for our large gatherings.
