Fairways Villas at City Center

We absolutely love it here. The views are amazing! The neighborhood is quiet, and neighbors are pretty nice as well. Maintenance workers have been able to fix any issues we've had come up relatively quickly as well. If there was something we wish was different, it would be the garage. It's short front to back which makes it difficult to pull a large suv in. Other than that we really love it here!

We have been very happy living in Fairways. It is quiet, close to local restaurants and stores, and we appreciate the responsiveness with maintenance issues.

I was looking for a short term home rental and this place matched my needs. A big piece was the unfinished basement storage as we were between homes and moving items out of storage. Also did not want to deal with yardwork or upkeep. We ended up staying a full year due to a move delay (COVID). Management was very understanding in extending our lease from initially 3 months to essentially a full year stay. Move in was a breeze, move out just as easy, and received full deposit after moveout. They actually did a rush to get us in within a week. We were one of the highest elevation homes so we did note being able to hear the train (the engines not the whistles it was so quiet) on quiet nights (along with the coyotes). Note most people will not even notice, and it is not enough to be an issue. This speaks more to how quiet the neighborhood is. Also saw deer, a turkey, and an owl. Additionally we had great views of the Kansas sunsets. The location is isolated/quiet as well as about 5 minutes to restaurants/groceries/freeway. In summary - great location, nice neighborhood, great home, excellent storage, and great management/service. Definitely recommend.

Have been living here for almost a year and love it! The house is amazing and the residents are fun - a lot of dogs! We have had nothing but positive experiences from the leasing to the maintenance team.

We loved living at the Fairway Villas this past year. The property managers are amazing. They brought in packages for us when we were out of town and they were Jonny on the spot whenever we needed anything. The villas are clean, super light and bright and have a ton of storage. If we werent moving out of state I would still be living there. It was fun to rent for a year. Its total freedom. I highly recommend this property.
