Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with this company. Our Avaya phone system that they had installed for around 14k a few years before had an issue where all the phones went down. They told me that they could come out and fix it. It seemed like a major problem so I agreed to the 2hr minimum out of shear panic of not having phones for my business. I was shocked that it took around 10min to fix and the bill was just over 1,000. The part can be ordered online for less than 100. The technician left and didn't even speak to me. I called the company and we played phone tag for months. Nothing was ever resolved despite several attempts. Last Thursday my old office manager forwarded me the original invoice and stated that I would be sent to collections if not paid, one day later my phones system happened to be down again. A coincidence perhaps, but either way it's frustrating the way this company chooses to do business. We never received any bills and honestly, just thought they had chosen to resolve the matter internally since no billing occurred for almost a year. I sickeningly paid them over a $1000 today and will never do business with them again. Lesson learned.
