        All I can say is, Barb, and her staff at the Shelter, paid and volunteers, are the BEST that this world has to offer!! You name it, they've DONE it for me! And THEN SOME!! I choke up every time I think about 10/20!! They're FAMILY!! NO better place to be, for the struggling!!

        My experience was great at project 1020 back in December 2021 and now I'm coming back to lexena by Sunday afternoon just in time for a good meal and a good sleep and a good shower I hope when I get back there they are still their terence best shelter I been in so far the best

        Everyone who volunteered was extremely generous and compassionate. They allow pets and host dinner every night and breakfast every morning. They also accommodate the disabled every step of the way. A++
