Raise prices yearly, then when you threaten to cancel they magically can offer you a lower rate. We finally disconnected and they make me pay to send them their equipment back. But not just the receiver...like want me to dismantle parts of the satellite dish and parts they affixed to my house. If they have so much equipment to recover then send a tech. Nope can't do that bc they don't have techs bc they can't retain employees bc they are so horrible to their staff!

If I could give a negative star I would. We got a dish tv unit for our motorcoach and never got any tv from it. We tried taking it where they told us to get it serviced but, they didn't take care of the problem. We cancelled the service and they kept sending us bills saying we owed $27.00. I called the first time we received the bill six months after we cancelled the subscription. After going through three different people and an hour and a half on the phone they told me it must be a computer error and they didn't see where we owed any money. I received two more invoices and I went through this procedure both times. The same thing was told to me. I didn't owe anything. Now two years later they have turned it over to a collection agency. I suggest noone to do business with this unorganized company.

Terrible service. Every other station is a signal loss and it's the same way every day.
