Oz Accommodations

I would really advise anyone interested in leasing with this company to please keep searching & to please take heed to their reviews! They will add unrecognizable charges to your portal, im talking hundreds of dollars and cant explain to you where they come from. Very unethical company. They cannot keep a seat warm at all, and their word doesnt mean anything. You will never get anyone to come out and fix anything and communication is nonexistent and when you do get something on the phone theyre rude and unapologetic like Rachel the general manager. Im in the process of working with my attorney & having them served. I have recorded all conversations & communications with these frauds. They will not be in business for much longer with all their unethical practices. They will wish later down the lines that they treated individuals better trust me!!!!

I been with them for about three years and they been so helpful on everything . Phone calls , fixing things on time . I have no problems with Oz accommodations . When I request anything they get right back to me . Thank you guys for your help.

Ive been with Oz since 2016 and they treat me very well very prompt to service calls as well.

Moved out of a rental property managed by Oz Accommodations in July and still actively working on receiving a description of why we werent given our deposit back due to incompetent communication and unethical business practice.
