We had an issues with parts ordered on the phone with Ferguson national. I went to the showroom and met with Cindy Carhart and she was amazing. She solved our problem in about 25 minutes and got the correct parts ordered and took the return as well for the wrong parts ordered on the phone. She is a true plumbing professional.

I was in Ferguson today and had some Great help from a Gentalmen about my shower nasal that didn't meet eye to eye! Lol he helped me tremendously, he is a keeper problem solver!! For sure I'm happy again with Ferguson!! Thank You
