Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Ordered online at noon for a 2:15 pickup. Got there at 2:23 and they hadn't even started the order let alone looked at it yet another order was there for a 2:30 pick up. No offer of compensation for time wasted. Very poor service.

My boyfriend and I were exiting a grocery store around 7PM, feeling quite hungry. We noticed the Open sign illuminated at a nearby Papa Murphys, so we decided to grab a bite. My boyfriend entered the store to place an order, only to be informed that they were closed, even though it was just 7:05PM When my boyfriend asked if they could still prepare a pizza for us, the young man responded, Let me flip a coin, if its tails, I wont. Is this how customers should be treated? If the store was closed, why was the Open sign still lit, and the door open? In a matter of minutes, Papa Murphy lost two customers. Ordered a pizza online at 12:30 for a 2:15 pick up. Husband was 10 minutes late and still was not ready. Had to wait 20 minutes to get it ready. Employees were rude to him.

I realize its a busy game day for them but their staff does not have to yell and bark and demean customers. We couldnt get their website ordering to work last night, and when I asked them about that, they barked at me that they just decided to cut it off there too many customers were getting it wrong. Well, I dont know that, all I know is that I got an error message after spending 20 minutes trying to get an order set up. And then they are dropping marinara cups all over the floor and using them. It was a complete disorganized mess and they were screaming at everybody that walked in there. I dont care how good the pizza is or how understaffed they are theres no excuse to act like that towards customers.
