Conservative Care Occupational Health

Had a very unpleasant and unfortunate experience with Dr. Reeves. He was not professional and did not have good bedside manner when describing his conclusions the first couple of minutes upon meeting me. At the conclusion of the appointment, I was asked to sign a screen, but was unaware what I was signing. After signing, I was handed the summary and instructions document that had my diagnosis. I asked the receptionist why I had a certain diagnosis and asked if I could speak to him, as I was confused. I was told that he would meet with us after to discuss, but someone else came out, so our question was unanswered. I sincerely hope that by bringing awareness to this situation others will have a different experience than mine.

Terrible, over a hour wait with nobody in front of me. Even had an appointment

I went in there with my husband who had a work injury to his back/shoulder and all they did was feel with their fingers to see if there was any broken bones or strains (according to what my husband said). He is severe pain and did not get an x-ray. Plus, the front desk ladies told me I was NOT able go in with MY HUSBAND after he was called back to see the doctor. Very disappointed with the service.

BE WARNED: When you go here you are not actually treated by a physician for your injury. You see a Nurse Practioner. Conservative care will put future appointments on your paperwork that is sent to your employer, cancel them without notifying you or employer, making it look like you missed your appointment...then your employer wants to know why you missed your work comp appointment. So get ready for the third degree. There has to be a better system....
