Affinity Mortgage and Matt McDonald, is the company to go to for your mortgage needs. After deciding not to go with my new home lender, I reached out to Matt. He understood why I was not going with the builders lender. I explained to Matt that this is the first big purchase after the death of my husband. I explained that although I know I could do this on my own, I wanted some extra hand holding, I asked him to treat me like a grandmother. He DID! He walked me though everything, explained the interest rate, cross compared with other companies and how I was coming out on top with what Affinity was offering me. The follow up has been great. Calling to make sure that everything went according to plan, money transfer, etc. He will be getting in touch with me for a possible refinance, ONLY if it is to my benefit.
