Seth Weigel was our lender on our recent home purchase in February 2024. He was outstanding! From the first phone call he was available and willing to answer any and all questions that we had. A simple text or a phone call and we always got a prompt response from him (much different from the slow responses we had received from 2 other possible hometown lenders). In spite of the fact that we never met, as we were in Alaska, and he was in Kansas the distance made no difference. He gave us excellent service and was so much more attentive, engaged and informative than the other lenders I had been working with. We were especially impressed when after listening to our situation Seth suggested an approach with our loan that no one else had mentioned. That sealed it for us. We knew Seth had our best interest at heart.
Seth is very good at what he does, has years of experience and is easily able to think out of the box and be innovative. He is trustworthy, reliable and the ultimate professional. We would unequivocally recommend Seth Weigel as our lender of choice. Do yourself a favor and call Seth first...you wont regret it!
