Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being emotionally invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with: expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process. And on a related note, as a first-time home buyer in 2020, I was not sure what to expect, whats good/bad, etc., and Paola was always so candid and provided her own perspective of different aspects of each home that she thought would be relevant to my decision making based on what she had learned about me. I truly appreciated her input and relied on it heavily. This is an invaluable quality to have as a service provider and not everyone has it, but, IMO, it is crucial to keep those around that do. Its easy to push paper and get the signatures, but Paola really focuses on making sure people are satisfied through the process and with the outcome. Again, I was a first-time home buyer, the process was very stressful. Yes, there are a number of things that people can do to make it easier. But as you can see, based on the above, Paola Coffman went above and beyond (as Im positive she does with all of her clients) and truly guided and supported me throughout the process. Now, I am in the works of purchasing my second home with the help of Paola, and again, she continues to demonstrate the excellent care, and helpfulness as she did 4 years ago when I first went through the process of purchasing my home. Thank you Paola for all your caring and dedicated work!
