Cones were soft and stale. Asked for decorated waffle bowl did not get one. First time in two boys just stood there and didnt offer suggestions.

My cookies weren't fresh. Threw away the last one. It's a darling sweet shoppe. Ice cream was tasty.

Weve gone about 3 times now, each time not impressed with the service of the staff. I waited to write a review in hopes that we just went on a bad day the first time, but it seems to be each time. Im aware these are teenagers behind the counter but they are in need of more people skills, the kids are very quiet and each time weve gone look like they have no clue about what theyre doing except for one of them taking charge each time. The ice cream and shakes are good. The sundaes and banana splits left a bit room for improvement. We asked for a banana split and when asked about topping options, requested caramel, strawberry and hot fudge. The both the caramel and hot fudge were a clump on top of the ice cream. Unfortunately after going each time and the service not improving, we will not be coming back.
