His calm demeanor under stress, his creative thinking and his strong communication skills all pair really well with his unmatched knowledge of the industry and network of contacts from lending to inspections to repair vendors. More than a realtor! Steve is extremely knowledgeable about houses and knows how to fix just about anything. We purchased a house that needed immediate repairs and he went above and beyond to help us have confidence in fixing it or helping us to find someone who could. He was extremely professional, communicated with us constantly, listened to us and responded to our needs. We felt more like family than a client! He did such a great job, we used him when we sold the house 7 years later.

Steve assisted us with both the purchase and the sale of our home. He was very knowledgeable about our neighborhood and helped us come up with a plan to sell our house quickly and easily. He met with us and walked us through the process and then was always available for questions along the way. He was great at making us feel comfortable and fielding our many questions. He also informed us about different financing options available for our new out of state home. He helped us make sure we could move into our new home as soon as possible.
