Im throughly enjoying my capoeira class taught by Lua! Connecting to movement in a new way and being challenged in a positive setting makes this class one of my highlights during the week!

Moved to KC in October and Im so happy to have found the Brazil Academy. They have a variety of classes every day, including early morning classes which fit my schedule the best. All of the instructors are knowledgeable, with most of the classes being taught by a black belt with multiple black belts in the room. They also have a large competition team that travels all over the world. I feel lucky to have found this gym and would recommend to anyone wanting to get in better shape, wanting to compete, or wanting to be able to defend yourself should the need arise.
