        We had a huge maple tree come down in the storm last summer and wanted a large stone planter put in its place. Based on reviews I contacted Jesse for an estimate and am glad I did. This was not an easy build but Jesse, Haley, and Emma did an amazing job! The work and attention to detail was fantastic. Can't think of enough good things to say. Super nice people too.

        Limited info on their website. I completed a request form but not all details seemed to be conveyed to the person that called as I had to restate everything. He was polite, if maybe a bit impatient. Limited options for my need, which was pricey, but he was kind and explained the solution.

        This outfit was contracted to remove all leaves from front and back yard. Front yard looked great, while back yard had a lot of leaves left over entire area. Very disappointed with quality of service. Will not be using "Pristine Landscapes" ever again.

      Hey Daniel, We have had NO contact from you until almost two weeks after service. If you had an issue, we would of appreciated some form of contact/ an opportunity to address your concerns. I am not seeing any attempt to reach us. As you can imagine, getting every leaf off your lawn is near impossible, especially given the weather conditions. It's been wet and frozen. Once again, we would of fixed your concern if you reached out. I am sorry that almost two weeks later you are upset enough to leave us a 1 star review but NO communicate your issue(s) with us.Best wishes and happy new year,
