After going through numerous phone calls and reviews, the two greatest and caring Reps answered and provided data and stat supports that it was impossible and definitely self-defeating to venture any further in becoming a client with an agency that care for new clients as if they were life-long clients.
Salutes to DARBY and AMANDA. (*pls excuse if I mispelled your names. But, the service and time you all spent "Explaining and Leaving" no questions unanswered. I thank the two of you for being concern Reps. Thanks isn't enough. Personally, I don't do such as this, but, I felt compelled to express my gratitude to such fine company Reps. Professionalism and integrity are words that demonstrated caring in which they showed toward me.

I've been with Jacob since we moved to KS in 2006. I've never filed a claim. I have 2 houses, 3 cars, and a liability policy with him. The cars are 2007, 2008, and 2012. Recently every premium has been skyrock. My son is 18 so I understand there's impact with that. However, I tried to reach out twice to do a review on my policies to see if there's anything they can do to bring down the cost ($1368 every 6 months for 2 cars with liability only. Basically 4000/yr with liability only). Not only they did not respond, and I had to follow up with them to even set up a phone appointment. They were no show. I tried to maintain the business relationship but apparently they do not care. Needless to say, I've gave them plenty of chances but I guess I am not worth their time. I'll be taking my business somewhere else. The new quote with identical coverage was $1240/yr for all 3 cars with another reputable national brand. That's almost 75% saving. Quite crazy. No wonder the agent from Jacob's office didn't care to review my policies because that'll cut into the commission significantly. Definitely shop around, don't be like me. I show my loyalty but no one cares.
