Paid almost $200 and received those roses. I wish I had a refund instead and got a better one!

Used to work here for years, owner Josh Drake doesn't keep up his end of the bargain and will withhold owed money for weeks at a time. I don't recommend working here unless you can go without a paycheck and pay for work materials out of pocket regularly.

Gotta love when you order a Valentine's gift for your wife and never shows up. Tracking showed it was out for delivery but guess they just decided to not deliver. Judging by the other reviews this is a regular issue and not just limited to Valentine's Day. Wish I could rate lower than a 1

Absolutely ruined Valentine's. I would give them credit for trying to be proactive but. They contacted me on 2/7/24 wanting to see if the item could be delivered on the 14th if the chiefs won the Superbowl. I returned the call the next day and advised no one would be available and to please deliver it on Tuesday 2/13. It was not delivered. They attempted delivery on the 14th. I spoke to someone that day after attempted delivery and told them what had been discussed and to deliver it the 15th. This person said ok I need to deliver it tomorrow I said yes please. Again not delivered called and told I have to come pick it up. I already look like a jerk customer service is gone it looks like. 1 star is more than deserved. Good customer service would admit mistake and offer to deliver it in the morning but now I am left to scramble.
