Cody and David are great! They were both very friendly and professional and resolved a fire code violation at an apartment building in just a few hours. I am a volunteer driver who delivers meals to seniors in their homes. I delivered a meal to a senior in a Lenexa apartment complex and discovered the apartment building was in violation of a fire code because one of the access doors to the apartments allowed entry - but not the ability to exit because the doorknob was missing on the inside of the door (this forced people to exit on the opposite side of the building from where they entered and could trap people if there was a fire). I brought this to the attention of the apartment manager but the door was not repaired; instead a rock was placed to prop the door open. I explained the situation to Cody who said he would send someone to investigate. Later that same day David called me to follow up and let me know that he took care of the problem and the door was now repaired with a working doorknob on both the inside and outside of the door. I greatly appreciate Cody and David for resolving the problem so quickly! ... and thank you to all the men and women who serve to protect our community - I greatly appreciate all of you!
