Dr. Opole and the rest of the crew are the best civil surgeon in town. Highly recommended! I went to them for a 2nd opinion because of the bad and so confusing experience I had with my first civil surgeon. Dr. Opole assisted and really spent his time to assist me with my complex case and he finalized my I-639 smoothly. Got my green card now with his help! When you are on process for your green card, it can really be stressful but having a civil surgeon that will genuinely be there for you is a game-changer.

I did my medical examination here in the beginning of the year, and they were all so attentive. Krystal was the nicest person, and so helpful as I was trying to navigate through the million stuff you need for immigration. Dr Opole was great, and he made sure to talk me through the whole process. 100% recommend this place.

BE WARNED!!! Went to this place for immigration medical exam. Told to be there 30 minutes early, NO ONE was there. There was another person waiting to see someone where they had forgotten their Lab work for the sealed immigration. Its cheap for a reason no phone number no incoming email.

No. This is not where you want to go. First of all, when I went to my appointment they didn't even bother to open the door. Zero punctuality, an ugly environment without appointments. Just a lamb with no air conditioning and people waiting for HOURS. There were people outside waiting with their papers because USCIS returned the doctor's letter to them since they didn't fill it out correctly. And USCIS does not accept the letter if it is not filled out completely, correctly and stamped. You pay them well for mediocre service and then they don't care if something happens by mistake, they will just tell you to make another appointment and pay again. Do yourself a favor, save your money, and go somewhere else even if you pay a little more. At the end of the day, the most important thing is that the letter is COMPLETE AND CORRECT.
