As a Real Estate family we have so many ways to choose in marketing to our clients. For our buyer clients and those that move we use the 5yr followup through TPMCO & love it! it takes one more thing off of our list and keeps us top of mind to clients that we would have lost without this service.

I purchased a mailing list to market to a specific neighborhood. I'm getting calls from the homeowners wondering why I'm mailing to someone who has never lived there, but is one of their relatives. One home I mailed to which PMC gave was addressed solely to the home owner's adult son -- who has never lived in their current home. Another homeowner called me and said the letter was addressed solely to their brother in law(!). Those are just two examples of people who actually called me to tell me I have to believe there are more errors that I've been spending money to mail to. It's embarrassing to get those calls and aggravating to be throwing money away. I don't know how PMC gets their lists, but it's not worth the money I would have been better off mailing to "Current Occupant". I sent a message to PMC about the bad list and did not get a response.
