Scam!! DO NOT USE!! Placed an order 10 days ago and it is showing us still in process in my account. Have tried to message through the website but the website is broken. Have emailed and called several times and I get no response from this company. Filing a dispute with my credit card company due to lack of response. Completely unacceptable! UPDATE: 2 weeks later, more messages to the company and still no response. order is still in process. This is a bad business, DO NOT USE!

Do not buy from this company! My credit card was charged over 6 weeks ago and no product was sent. I emailed & called customer service but no response. Bad business.

I placed an order 20 days ago and have not received anything. No one answers the phone or emails. Update: Just received my order. I'm relieved they're not scammers. If you order with them, you will get your order, but be prepared to wait at least two weeks. Also, be prepared for no one to answer the phone or answer emails.

I have ordered from DHE for over 5 years. I have gotten great prices and service. During COVID I received a broken item. DHE never responded to my calls or email. I placed an order on 3/30. As of today 4/28 I have not received a response to my email, phone calls or anything I am very frustrated but will try one more time. They have been great, who knows what might be going on?
