Took my computer to have Bryant look over it because it was running slow. He did not seem educated on apple products so I did not want him doing any further repairs. A week later my computer fell apart. When he took the screen apart he did not put it back together correctly. I took my computer back up to him. He would not repair the damages that he caused and said the computer is only good for parts. This computer was used for my small business so put me behind. I took it to a real professional. Bryant caused $700 in damages to my computer. Customer service is horrible.

I brought my computer by to get a new battery yesterday, and he literally got it fixed in like 20 minutes! And his price was less than half of what other shops were asking for the same service! He is the rare combination of affordable, fast, and skilled! 10/10 would recommend!

I needed to replace my Dell battery and decided to give InTechrity a try based on the reviews. I was not disappointed! Bryant did a thorough job on my old laptop - he didnt just install the new battery but cleaned up all the junk that my computer had accumulated over the years. It has a new lease on life - and it was all much cheaper than having to buy a new laptop! Very knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonable. Any more computer problems, I know where Im going! I came here after discovering that Apple's repair service was fully booked. The pricing was very fair and Bryant answered all of my questions. The 5* reviews are very well deserved. I was a little weary about giving out my password for a screen repair but, his reason for it is very well intentioned. I also noticed that my laptop was never on until he had to work on it and then it was powered off until I came to pick it up. That was something I appreciated a lot. He's trustworthy and service was quick. Thank you so much!
