        Too pricy, car had to go through 2 times and still not clean. $19 is to much to pay, save your money.

        Way too expensive and did a poor job. The attendants didn't pre-wash the car at all. Then on the way through, the scrubbers didn't even touch the passenger side of the car, not once all the way down. The back window was also left completely dirty. Bad job drying off the car and left spots everywhere. Definitely not worth the $19.

This sounds like you have a trailer hitch or something on your vehicle that our friendly Customer Service Attendant saw to retract the friction devices for safety. This would be the only reason our friction devices would not touch the passenger side. As always, you can come into our lobby to discuss with our Team right then for a rewash.
