After recently purchasing a brand-new pickup, I reached out online to Excalibur Detailing to get a quote on a ceramic coating. Within minutes, Taylor got back to me and explained all that they offered. None of it was high pressure. Taylor got my truck in around my schedule and actually worked on it over a weekend keeping me updated on the status through text with no upselling. The weather had turned colder than expected over that weekend and rather than putting the coating on, in a less than desirable environment, Taylor asked to keep an extra day so that it could be applied correctly and have plenty of time to cure. When I picked it up, my pickup looked fantastic! Taylor spent plenty of time walking me through the upkeep of my coating, how to wash properly, and what I could expect from it going forward. He's been very helpful in answering follow-up questions I've had since picking it up and ensuring I know exactly how to take the best care of my ceramic coating. Excalibur Detailing is professional, they communicate better than any business I've seen, and genuinely care about educating their customers so these coatings last as long as possible. I could not recommend them more!
