I ordered a pretty big lumber order over the phone from 84 they had a lower delivery fee than the competition. I couldn't believe that they would send out lumber that looked like that! It wasn't even usable for my application, so I bought replacements at my local Lowes. I will never buy from 84 lumber again.

Wow, this place is still open???? They have no clue what they are doing, they are mean and nasty. i THINK KANSAS CITY SHOULD CLOSE THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. PASS THE WORD, IF YOU DON'TY WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE, IF YOU DON'T WANT EDUCATED HELP, GO TO ANYWHERE ELSE. I was a contractor for 40 years and I have never seen it so bad.
