Precision baseball is a win at all costs program. No respect for opponents or integrity. I would never recommend them to anybody.

Precision Baseball is a great organization. Charlie Hovey is one of the best coaches in the area and understands how to develop kids that play baseball the right way. Charlie has helped our son tremendously and I wouldn't flinch at recommending him for lessons and/or coaching.

I umpire high school baseball so I see first hand what it takes to play at a high level. Ive seen kids that start out with Charlie as rec level players at 11-12 years old. By the time they are freshman, they are ready to compete at the high school level. The thing that continues to amaze me as Ive watched his teams play, is that often the opponent often looks bigger, faster, more athletic, whatever. After the 3rd inning, Precision is up by 5 runs and its simply because they do the little things consistently. Their players just know what their job is. They back up throws, they execute cutoffs and relays correctly, they are in position to make plays. Their pitchers understand how to control the running game. Catchers are not only calling pitches, but managing the base running, bunt coverages, infield alignment, etc. This is all at the early youth levels. Very well run outfit.

Great experience!!! Charlie expects his players to play the game the right way and expects the athletes to be respectful and responsible. Very knowledgeable and the student athletes love to play for him. He loves the game and is around all of the time for all of the different levels of teams.
