Charging me monthly $10 service fee for not giving an updated address immediately. I recent moved but have been getting these charges monthly since February. I never asked for monthly statements to me mailed to me. No one ever called but they are sure to continuously call. I was told I had to sign up for estatements, I AM signed up for estatements and they even confirmed it. They just want to take money. Horrible experience at Lenexa. Olathe and Overland Park service is much better.

Poor customer service and exploiting customers. I opened safe deposit with this bank jun2022. They made me open a free checking account. They pushed the whole process in a hurry and didnt let me select e-statement preference. They asked me to do it online. My bad I forgot to do it immediately as they hoped and started charging me $3. From Jan2023 I see they started charging me $10 stating my address is wrong(which was never changed). Since the acct opening I never saw any statements or notices mentioning about it. Do to recent merger/acquisition process I found out all this and called the bank people. I realized that they did this intentionally to lure money. These are the reasons. 1.They made me open the acct and hurried for estmt preference. 2. There is no online estatement preference. You have to call customer care, wow! 3. They started charging me $10 for the return of statement for the same address.
This bank is not customer friendly! Be ware!

I just called due to fraudulent activity, and it took FOUR calls, and THREE hang ups for the first person, that hung up on me, tells me that they couldn't do anything and had to send me to customer service.
All three people had me on hold for what reason if they were all unable to help me? Now I have to spend more time, that I don't have anymore, to fix the problem the FIRST person could've told me about!
