I stayed in these apartments for about 5yrs. I really enjoyed my stay here, the location is amazing you have everything close by and rhe price is pretty decent too.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. 100% recommended.

Such an amazing place to live thats for sure staff in office as well as maintenance are amazing and professional. They are very helpful and made my experience living here like no other! Very close to stores and many places to eat so thats always a convenient plus!!!!! The amenities I just love from the sauna and fitness center to the pool and. Sand volleyball and tennis court, definitely all great things to do here. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone !

I came to The Retreat at Woodridge to tour, it was amazing! I felt very welcomed and at home as soon as I came in. Ralena and Kayla are the absolute best! Nice amenities and I love the window seats.

I have lived here for 3 years and Kayla has been the best manager to me since day one.
I will definitely go back and live there. Thank you for providing the best care for my little one and me.

Pros
Management is really friendly, never had a bad experience when I went down to the office.
Maintenance will respond pretty fast, one night during a freeze our heat went out and a tech came by in an hour
You are just outside of downtown Lenexa and old town Lenexa, also not far from downtown Overland Park.
Cons
I dont feel like the value matches the price, the apartments are older so bugs can get in easily. Again they are just older buildings so its going to happen. I believe I lived in an updated unit and the kitchen had cabinets that looked decades old.
We all had to register our cars for this VIP parking pass that wouldnt allow you to back your car in, but then people are backing their cars in and Ive never seen management cracking down on it.
The hallways on the 2nd and 3rd floors are tight so its a bit of a squeeze going up the stairs with furniture on the day you move in or out
They re surfaced the parking lot and we all had to walk from the hyvee across the street to our homes because we couldnt use the apartment lot, only lasted two days but I dont believe their was like a transportation service that was being offered to get residents home quicker.
I lived in one of the two buildings with the washers and dryers, didnt affect me but I could see how only 10 of each probably isnt enough for the whole complex.
