We called ecoPRO to remove a raccoon that made its way into our attic. Jacob arrived within an hour of our call, and did a thorough search of the attic and outside of the house to identify where the raccoon was getting in. We realized a day later she had babies in the wall, which Jacob quickly returned to our house the next day to remove. He was always responsive and made time to make a visit at the drop of a hat. He even went out of his way to check in with us after a couple of days to make sure there wasn't any add'l activity. I was so relieved to have his help and appreciated his professionalism and prompt responses/visits SO much! Would 10/10 recommend ecoPRO to any friends or family in need of their services! Wow, what an amazing business with best in class customer service! I live in Lawrence and ecoPRO was recommended by a local extermination company. We had an issue with squirrels in our attic. Zach Estrada did a thorough inspection and identified four areas where the squirrels were entering our attic. He trapped and relocated five squirrels and sealed the entry areas. His communication, knowledge and professionalism were exceptional. I also thought their pricing was very reasonable. I will only recommend this service for pest control.
