Terrible communication and an utter disappointment during a time of need. I had a sewer backup last night and called Roger. I was told they could get me in between 8am and 12pm. At 12pm I called because I had heard nothing. They said they were running behind and that I was 2nd in line. Two hours later, they finally called and learned that they "had no technicians and wanted to schedule me to another day". Excuse me, but what possible reason is there for this? No explanation was offered beyind a lack of techs. I was supposedly second in line, so what this looks like*, is it looks like you just gave my timeslot to someone else? I can't know because no further explanation was offered. I don't know if I was lied to at some point or what, but you absolutely should have communicated earlier. I wasted my entire day. I was counting on you guys to get here today* so I could call StateFarm and get my claim started. I was counting on you to help me and the 3 other folks in my house have working toilets. We cannot get started on trying to salvage clothes, because we need to run the washer-- and we can't DO that because we need to make sure it won't make the flooding worse. I won't trust you to keep your word when it matters most. I won't count on you guys again.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Christopher J Bohling recently through my Roger The Plumber HVAC investment, and I must say he is absolutely amazing. His work ethic is top-notch, and his ability to explain all things related to AC/HVAC systems is truly wonderful. Christopher went above and beyond to ensure our HVAC system was in perfect shape. He meticulously repaired the problem, including rinsing the compressor and thawing out the ice on the coils, patiently waiting until it melted. He also installed a new thermostat inside the house and a thermometer outside. Christopher's dedication didn't stop there; he even came back two days later to ensure everything was running smoothly and provided valuable recommendations for the future. What truly sets Christopher apart is his unwavering integrity. He spoke highly of his colleagues, both "big" and "little" Mike, who had previously serviced my HVAC for various reasons. This speaks volumes about his character and commitment to excellence. I can't thank Christopher enough for his outstanding service.
